这个字每天都会出现在我脑海里，

精神上，心灵上，体格上，我都快不行了！！

我总是觉得，我生活很多事情还没完成。。。

最累的是，当我快达到我想要的目标时，

有些事情就会突然发生，到最后我得放下我很想要的目标，我的梦想。

老实说，

有时我会很羡慕。。。

很羡慕。。。有些年轻人，生活无忧无虑。。

想读书，就有的读。

想拥有一辆车，不久就驾着一辆了。。

生日的时候，只要跟父母说他喜欢的东西，就可以得到了！！

金钱上的问题。。。他们从来不也不需要去顾虑！！

他们，好幸福。。。

我也替他们感到开心，我也希望他们好好珍惜。。。！！

那，要成为王淑莉的确不简单。。。

今天，他所做的一切。。。是他最想要的吗？？

不是。。。都不是。。。

虽然，他什么都靠自己去争取。。。

但是，这一切。。。只能满足到他物质上的享受。

心灵上。。。还是觉得很空虚。。觉得。。。不满足。

他也时常只会用正面的想法来安慰自己，有时也会用来安慰你们。。

但。。。当他觉得很累时，他可以变得很负面。。。

变得开始问自己。。。 ”我做这一切，是为了自己？还是为了不让别人替我担心才做出的决定呢？？ “

他。。。。真的累了。。快崩溃了。。想停下来，但。。。他不能！！想流泪，但。。。觉得不值得！！因为。。。 TEARS COULDN'T HELP ME GAIN ANY SOLUTION .

好啦。。。只想在这里分享今天我读的一篇文章。

标题是 " 正面思考，路更宽”。。

那其实当我们生活遇到不如意时，常身不由己地陷入负面思考。

这就是人性！！

如果自己不够正面，

上帝还给我们按排了“朋友” 。

正面的朋友就像太阳。负面的呢就像月亮。

在我非常低潮的时候，我都会寻找太阳的朋友。。

当然，不好的情况不会那么快就转换。

这时，我们需要换个角度，在坚持一会。。

再找个像太阳的朋友，感受他们正面的解读。

也让自己的负面情绪巧妙的瞬间转换！！

所以，不管在做什么事或在面对什么困境时，

试着过程中带着比较正面的思考吧。。。

其实，在我经历那么多事情，正面的思考永远是我的好“帮手”！！

他帮了我渡过我生活里的很多困境。

最近，我也发现我身边很多朋友都面临了“困境”或挑战。

他们的想法也变得很负面,也导致情绪和精神都很不好=（

Meet a hairstylist there name Max , and ask us to help him search for hair models to join a Asia hair competition will me held in Singapore , 11 january 2010 ( my Birthday ) . hahaha !!

wao , the 1st thought in my mind is , planning a trip to Singapore wif my sis and cousin during my birthday and at the same time , go there to celebrate my 20 Th birthday ....WeE...

seriusly im the 2nd one out of 3 siblings .

is great to born as the 2nd child bcz i look more like dady ... haha !!

bro and sis look more like mummy .

it's sounds great in the family side .

the feeling of being the ' middle ' one in the matter is wasnt great at all .

this journey is just like a badminton match .

WoO yeah ... that's so true .

you Might did a fantastic job in the 1st game ,

but come to 2nd game ,

Over confident and lost focus in it ,

just makes u A LOSER in the end of the match .

that's what our malaysia double pair always did .... haHaha ! !

yeah ... time to critic on mySelf now ,

i'm TOO just like " malaysia double pair ".

their journey , is almost the same as mine too .

Being lazy and lost interest in studies ,

Recently , i started enjoying playing SnuKer .

Aerobicton has come to an end.

After we work hard for almost one month,

Our performance has leave a great impression in everyone heart .

Get 1st in saringan ,

but we'r not a Winner in the final .

Seriusly , is kinda dissappointing moment for me when i know we lost by 0.2 point to the champion .

AikXx ....... !!

Everyone thought we gonna win this year , but i have told myself..... this might not happen.... bcz it happen in the year 2007 also ..... haha !!

As soon after they announce the result , everyone was shock .... and some of them do cry bcz kinabalu is not tha champion , but we only manage to get 1st runner up ....

And then a "lovely individual "came to me and said, if ong sue li ever been in kinabalu...there will be NO NUMBER ONE ! ! !

Hmm.... althought it may rude for certain people , but seriusly what she said is kinda true too... this had happen twice in my life... i might have to believe what she said .

Hahah .... and i guess, i have to go to temple to MeNG XiN d..... if what the "lovely individuAL said is true , i guess i have to go for "tukar nasib "d .

Lastly , tHanXx to all my lovely Kinabalu member's who join this aerobiction.... Haha i can see you girls have made a close relationship to each other and even giving support , caring and advice to member's who make mistake .
